The Humboldt & Area Team T1D are a group of families affected by Type 1 Diabetes. Our missions is to create a strong community of T1D families with a goal to support each other, learn together and advocate for one another. We spread awareness about T1D in our communities, we fundraise to accelerate diabetes research initiatives, we host education events to address questions and concerns, and we get together to talk about things that affect our families every day.
